Dr. Shindler and his team are absolutely fantastic! I've never experienced such thorough dental care before. During my first visit, Dr. Shindler took the time to examine each tooth, my glands, airways, and even checked for grinding. He was incredibly patient, listened to all my concerns, and answered every question I had. Throughout the entire process, he made sure I was comfortable and always asked if I had any questions. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and provided so much insight into dental hygiene, explaining the reasons behind their practices and why they matter. I really appreciated that the hygienist didn’t shame me for not flossing as regularly as I should; instead, she offered helpful tips to encourage me to incorporate it into my daily routine. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming! I was initially worried about seeing a new dentist due to the common fear of being upsold or misled about my oral health, but that was definitely not the case here. They are all very transparent and honest about the work they do. I can't recommend them enough! If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the one!! 8. I have so much to say so if you only read this one sentence, I want to make clear how special, warm, wonderful, kind, compassionate and caring all of the people in this practice are, and how truly, with my whole heart I am beyond grateful for them. Please keep reading because you should also know that Dr. Shindler is the absolute best, a complete genius, an artist in the field of dentistry, and an absolute gem of a human being. I came to this practice completely hysterical, and absolutely heartbroken and horrified with an experience I had just had in cosmetic dentistry. I felt like my teeth were irreversibly ruined and I could not imagine showing my face in public, or even looking at myself in the mirror. I have had a whole tumultuous history with dentists, and countless nightmare experiences that I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. Needless to say, I had no trust, and was riddled with anxiety, on top of which this last experience before I found myself at Dr. Shindler’s office had left me hopeless. When I arrived at the office, I was in a panicked state and the entire staff was genuinely sweet and nurturing, putting me at as much ease as possible. Dr. Shindler fit me in last minute due to my emergency, even though I was a brand-new patient. He took the time to explain all of my options in detail, and when he certainly didn’t have to, he offered to help me, while also setting my expectations so as not to disappoint me. My problem was complicated, and not one that he had encountered before but he handled it like a true professional with an incredible talent in his chosen field. The nurse, Nicolette, was so lovely to me as I sat there crying. She handed me tissues, reassured me, and even held my hand as I got numbed up. The results Dr. Shindler achieved are nothing short of miraculous, and you can’t even imagine the depth of gratitude I have for this man who literally gave me back my smile. I am actually looking forward to my follow up visit just to have the opportunity to thank him again for taking a chance on helping me, acting fast, and restoring my faith in dentistry and mankind. If this sounds dramatic, I assure you that my traumatic dental history makes it absolutely accurate and appropriate. My smile and heart were healed at this practice, and I will never go anywhere else again. Needless to say, I give them my most glowing recommendation and hope that whoever is reading this is fortunate enough to find themselves in the care of these wonderful people! 13. I recommend Dr Shindler, DDS, to anyone considering using the new Bioclear process for new fillings or redoing old fillings. Dr. Shindler replaced my old deteriorating fillings with the new Bioclear process; the results look natural. The whole staff is super friendly and takes the time to explain everything they do before and during the process. I used to get really anxious about going to the dentist, but the dentist and his outstanding dental assistants always made me feel calm and comfortable. While stuck in the chair, they play modern(upbeat) music instead of forcing you to listen to endless repetitive “elevator” music. Their office is clean and modern, with an incredible hillside view – I've even seen coyotes and rabbits while having my teeth cleaned during a prior visit. Moreover, his front desk assistant always works with my insurance billing to ensure I am not overpaying for out-of-pocket expenses. The we’re very caring g and communicated every step. I really recommend Dr Schindler for all your dental needs. And the Emergency service is second to none. 15.
